Four-Ingredient Condensed Milk Cak

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a round 8-inch (20 cm) cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Gently fold until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Slice and serve as is, or dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
