
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a round 8-inch (20 cm) cake pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture. Gently fold until smooth and lump-free.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and serve as is, or dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.
